Refund policy
Domestic Orders
Returns and replacements are only applicable in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage. To support such requests, an unboxing video is required.
Made-to-order products are eligible for replacement only in the case of a manufacturing defect or breakage. These products are not eligible for refunds.
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 2 (two) days of delivery.
We will not be able to process requests for products that:
(i) are made to your specifications or tailored to your personal requirements;
(ii) are made-to-order with extended production timelines;
(iii) are not returned in a saleable condition with original packaging;
(iv) are purchased under promotional or discounted offers, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Replacement requests are processed within 7 (seven) working days from the date of approval.
Where applicable, refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 30 (thirty) days.
International Orders
Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all international orders are considered final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements on international orders.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 (twenty-four) hours of being placed.
